Important Installation Points

  1. During installation, select tiles randomly from multiple packs. (Select packs randomly from multiple pallets where possible).
  2. Install tiles so that underside fixing-ribs all run in the same direction, where possible.
  3. Follow the recommended minimum grout gap indicated on the label of the pack.
  4. Flexible 10 mm (3/8") expansion joints should be installed along restrained perimeters of the installed area, around rigid interuptions, above substrate construction joints, and every 4 to 5 metres (13' to 16') across any continuous expanseof floor, paving, or wall cladding; or follow local standards where available.
  5. We recommend that acid not be used to clean tiles, unless supplied by a tile-care products company whose cleaning instructions are followed diligently.
